Notepad is a simple text editor for Microsoft Windows. It has been included in all versions of Microsoft Windows since Windows 1.0 in 1985. Notepad offers only the most basic text manipulation functions, such as finding text. Steps you have to perform

1.Create a notepad file and rename it with any name you want.

2. Double click to open the file. At very first line write .LOG and write any information you want exactly below it.

3. Now save the file and reopen it.You can see, the time and date are automatically added at the end of file!

Windows calculator bug

This one is actually a bug, but it’s kinda entertaining.Almost all Windows users use the default Calculator application which comes pre-installed with Windows OS. But did you know it contains a bug which has not been fixed by Microsoft yet. This bug exists in almost all Windows versions including Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Windows 8.

Steps you have to perform

1. Open calculator (i.e.. Goto run and type calc)

2. Now type the following

• Type 4.
• Take its square root by using the square root button.
• Now you will get 2. 
• Subtract 2 from it.

The answer should be 0 but its not. You will get a multiple digit number as your answer.

Play movie in Microsoft Paint tool

We all know Paint tool from Microsoft is used as picture editing application. Apart from editing, their are some pranks into the programming of Microsoft Paint application. Below I have posted that one!

Steps you have to perform

1. Open your favorite video player, Play any video through it!
2. Click on the Print Screen Key from your keyboard.

3.Open Ms Paint application from start menu.
4. In Ms Paint, use the shortcut Control+V or go to the Edit Tab and choose Paste option.
Voila !!!!The movie is Now playing.

Note

This trick is not working from Windows 7 to higher versions.
For the movie to play in Paint, the video player should not be closed and the movie should not be paused in the player.
